The hotel had nice enough and clean rooms, but it would be great to have a roll-in shower in handicapped accessible rooms. The place felt a bit chilly, and I couldn't get the heat up. The staff was friendly and the location was near everything, but I would consider paying extra for somewhere better.
I had a bit of a rough start with the room, but thanks to Earl's efforts to ensure my comfort, I ended up in a bright and clean room that smelled fresh. The cleanliness could have been better initially, but the room I ended up in was great.
The hotel is very comfortable and cleverly set up to include everything needed for a great stay. The rooms are spacious and cozy, equipped with a small eating area, microwave, and fridge, making them very convenient. However, the service could use improvement in terms of responsiveness and communication.
